At the regional iGEM conference in Taian, we presented our progress on the CRISPR-exosome detection platform and participated in technical workshops focused on biosensor optimization and usability testing. We exchanged ideas with teams working on similar diagnostic tools, discussing issues such as primer design,

non-specific binding, and user-friendly result interpretation. The feedback we received prompted us to simplify our experimental protocol and enhance the readability of output signals. In return, we shared our experience in integrating CRISPR with isothermal amplification, offering a practical reference for other teams developing point-of-care diagnostic devices. This regional interaction not only refined our technical approach but also strengthened our collaborative network within the Chinese iGEM community.
